Our client based in the Telecoms space are on the hunt for a Senior ServiceNow Designer to join their dynamic team on a 12 month contract based in Paris(France). The ServiceNow Designer will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across all levels of complexity (L1, L2, L3, L4). This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance our ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with our business needs and IT service management best practices. Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and interfaces. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for ServiceNow functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and implementing fixes. Assist in the testing and quality assurance of new features and enhancements. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for designs, configurations, and user guides. Conduct training sessions for end-users and junior team members on ServiceNow best practices. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the ServiceNow platform. Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and new features, integrating them into existing solutions when applicable. Mentorship and Leadership: Provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth in ServiceNow design and implementation.
